2 oz Malibu coconut rum3 oz Dole pineapple juice
3 oz tonic water
1 pineapple
Pour the Malibu coconut rum into a collins glass filled with ice cubes. Add the Dole pineapple juice and tonic water, and stir. Place a chunk of pineapple on the top, and serve with a straw.
